<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve which exerts a sufficient strength for reinforcing a pipeline and suppressing a cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The sleeve A repairs the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline in such a state that is disposed in the inner part of the pipeline in a state having flexibility, and has a plurality of layers comprising an intermediate layer 2 composed between the outer layer 3 and the inner layer 1, and the outer layer 3 and the inner layer 1. The outer layer 3 and the inner layer 1 are composed by impregnating the resin in a glass fiber, and the intermediate layer 2 is composed by impregnating the resin in an impregnation substrate made of the fiber other than the glass fiber. The resin to be impregnated into the inner layer 1 is a photo-curable resin, and the resin contains a thickening agent. The impregnation substrate made of the fiber other than the glass fiber composing the intermediate layer 2 is formed of an organic-based fiber, and the resin to be impregnated into the impregnation substrate is a photo-curable resin or a thermosetting resin, or the photo-curable resin and the thermosetting resin.
