摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a fermented Pueraria lobata composition and to a preparing method thereof. Particularly, the present invention includes a fermentation product obtained by fermenting a Pueraria lobata or Pueraria lobata extract with Monascus ruber for 7-9 days. The fermentation product containing significantly high daidzein among isofavone non-glycone components can be obtained when fermenting with Monascus ruber, rather than other mycobiont, for approximately 7-9 days.</p>
