<p>PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing human colon cancer and a method for detecting a colon cancer marker are provided to simply and accurately diagnose colon cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing human colon cancer contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 21, a complementary sequence, or a fragment thereof. The kit is a microarray. The nucleotide of sequence number 21 is downexpressed in colon cancer tissue. Colon cancer is detected by detecting the expression of the nucleotide sequence of sequence number 21 by a microarray method or PCR.</p> |
