A light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate; a light emitting structure which is arranged on the substrate and includes a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and an active layer arranged between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer; a transparent electrode layer arranged on the second semiconductor layer; a first electrode which is arranged on the first semiconductor layer and includes a fist pad and a first finger which is connected to the first pad; a second electrode which is arranged on the transparent electrode layer and includes a second pad and a second finger which is connected to the second pad; and a reflective layer which is horizontally overlapped with the transparent electrode layer, is arranged to be vertically overlapped with the second semiconductor layer, and includes a plurality of dielectric layers. The reflective layers form patterns and are arranged between the first pad and the second finger. |
