The present invention relates to an obstacle sensing device provided in a mobile device, an obstacle sensing method, and a mobile device having the obstacle sensing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an obstacle sensing device provided in a mobile device, comprising a light scanning unit provided on one side of an outer circumference of the mobile device having a display unit and scanning light outwardly; an image obtaining unit receiving light reflected from an obstacle positioned at the front to obtain image data; an analyzing unit analyzing the image data obtained by the image obtaining unit to analyze obstacle information; and a providing device providing the obstacle information analyzed by the analyzing unit for a user.
