摘要 The present invention relates to a method using an extruder in a continuous process for preparing a hollow fiber membrane through which uniform bead structures are regularly formed. The method using the extruder not existing extruder equipment in an agitator is capable of manufacturing a microfiltration hollow fiber separation membrane with highly intensified uniform pore sizes by controlling the formation of an orbicular structure within 0.5 to 3μm from spherulite, which is a result of thermal induced phase separation from the surface of the separation membrane in the mixture of an empty solvent. The hollow fiber separation membrane manufactured with excellent water permeation and mechanical intensity is adequately used for water treatment such as purification, recycling, and filtrate and ultrapure water pretreatment, and particularly can be used as a supporter of an ultrafiltration membrane.
