The present invention relates to a method for producing a cereal containing ganglioside and, more specifically, to a method for producing a cereal containing ganglioside comprising: a step for obtaining an extract and a powder of deer antlers or the ganglioside; a step for adding sweeteners to grains, putting the ganglioside extract and steaming; a step for drying the steamed grains and shaping into ganglioside grains by milling the grains; and a step for popping the shaped ganglioside grains and spraying a mixture of the ganglioside extract or powder added sugars, the deer antlers or cyclodextrin, and heated paratinose on the popped ganglioside grains. |
