<p>A touch panel sensor, which is arranged on the upper part of a display to detect a contact location of a target object, includes: an insulation substrate; an electrode pattern which is formed on the lower part of the insulation substrate to detect the approach of the target object; and a window decoration accommodating the end units of the electrode pattern. The window decoration includes: a color luminance layer formed on the lower surface of the insulation substrate along the edge of the insulation substrate; a reflection layer which has anisotropic conduciveness and includes multiple dots formed on the lower part of the color luminance layer; and a color arrangement layer which is formed on the lower part of the reflection player to block the light crossing the reflection layer through the dots.</p> |
