<p>PURPOSE: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer and a method for detecting a marker for colon caner are provided to quickly and cheaply determine colon cancer. CONSTITUTION: A kit for diagnosing colon cancer of human contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 15, and complementary sequence or fragment thereof. The kit is a microarray. The sequence of sequence number 15 is downexpressed in a colon cancer tissue. The detection of a marker for colon cancer is performed by detecting the expression of nucleotide sequence of sequence number 15 from a biosample of a human body.</p> |
