According to the present invention, the security and fire detection system compares and analyzes the detected temperature distribution chart and temperature value of the infrared energy if the infrared energy is detected in the thermal imaging camera. The security and fire detection system rapidly determines that a person trespasses on the predetermined section or a fire breaks out and determines that there are people when the fire breaks. And then, the security and fire detection system transmits image data to the user terminal or the manager server. Therefore, a user or a manager or a related third party can check the generation of a problem at any time, and anywhere and can handle the problem rapidly.
