The heat exchanger (18) has a core tube that is arranged in the housing and extends coaxially to a central longitudinal axis. A spiral tube carrying a working medium and defining a portion of a working medium path, is arranged in a gas path formed radially between the housing and the core tube. The spiral tube is extended helically in relation to the central longitudinal axis. An elastic outer mounting layer is arranged between the housing and the spiral tube. A bypass path which bypasses the gas path, is enclosed within the core tube.
