This torque limiter (1) is of the type comprising a flexible flywheel (3) that is fixed with respect to a driving shaft, a first pressure plate (13) which is fixed with respect to said flywheel (3), a second pressure plate (19) that can move axially but is fixed rotationally with respect to said flexible flywheel (3), a friction element (17) inserted between said first (13) and second (19) pressure plates and intended to drive a driven shaft, and elastic means (22) able to exert an axial force on said second pressure plate (19) so as to trap said friction element (17) between said first (13) and second (19) pressure plates. Said elastic means (22) are inserted between said flexible flywheel (3) and said second pressure plate (19). |
