The present invention provides a building energy management device, which is a technique of efficiently managing building energy by extracting and managing objects of a building related to energy of the building based on a building information model (BIM). The building energy management device comprises: a BIM analysis unit to analyze BIM objects by receiving and parsing BIM data; a building energy extraction unit to extract a building energy object related to building energy among the BIM objects; a building energy object database (DB) to store building energy object data by converting the building energy object into database; and a building energy management unit to manage the building energy based on the building energy object data.
