The present invention provides an upper body exercise machine for an elderly person capable of using a wheelchair. The upper body exercise machine for an elderly person capable of using a wheelchair according to the present invention comprises: a control lever for exercise that enables a user to exercise an upper body by repeatedly performing preset movement patterns while grabbing a handle with a hand; a base frame arranged on the bottom surface of an installation space to support the control lever for exercise; a vertical bar installed vertically from the base frame; and a sheet body installed on the vertical bar to be able to move. A user exercises an upper body while sitting on the sheet body that moves in front of the vertical bar to be fixed, or the sheet body moves behind the vertical bar to be fixed and a wheelchair enters a space secured in front of the vertical bar, thus enabling the user sitting on the wheelchair to exercise an upper body. |
