The protective plate (5) is press fitted to the first recessed section (21), and the outer peripheral surface of the protective plate has a first standard dimension (D). Furthermore, the protective plate (5) has an inner region (B) in the press fitting direction of the outer peripheral surface that is machined within a first interference fit tolerance range with respect to the standard dimension (D), and has an outer region (A) of the outer peripheral surface that is machined within a second interference fit tolerance range having a dimension that is smaller than the first interference fit tolerance range. |
