<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel thermoplastic resin having characteristics such as a high refractive index. <P>SOLUTION: Light irradiation is performed on a composition including: a fluorene compound having a 9,9-bis(condensed polycyclic aryl) fluorene skeleton and two ethylenically unsaturated bonds, for example, a diaryl ether compound having the 9,9-bis(condensed polycyclic aryl) fluorene skeleton; a dithiol compound; and a polymerization initiator, such as a photoinitiator. The ene-thiol reaction of the fluorene compound and the dithiol compound is performed due to such light irradiation, so that the thermoplastic resin is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
