Provided are a black photosensitive resin composition for a touch panel with superior chemical resistance and developing properties, and a touch panel using the same. A black photosensitive resin composition includes (A) an alkaline soluble resin obtained by reacting (a) dicarboxylic acid, tricarboxylic acid, or an acid anhydride thereof with (b) tetracarboxylic acid or an acid dianhydride thereof with the 0.1-10 molar ratio of (a) over (b), with respect to the reactant of an epoxy compound containing two glycidylether groups derived from bisphenols and monocarboxylic acid containing an unsaturated group, (B) a photo polymerizable monomer containing at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond, (C) a compound containing an epoxy group, (D) a photo polymerization initiator, and (E) a shading material. With respect to 100 parts by weight of (A), 10-60 parts by weight of (B), and 10-80 parts by weight of (C), and 2-40 parts by weight of (D) based on 100 parts by weight of the total amount of (A) and (B), and 40-60 parts by weight of (E) in solid contents are included in the resin composition. A touch panel formed by using the resin composition is also provided. |
