The present invention relates to a sensor for diagnosis of a power facility, capable of being formed in a small thin plate and simultaneously reducing the weight and also enabling a widen area (at 0.4-5 GHz and less than and equal to -10dB) of a measurement band. The present invention are to install multiple ring-shaped upper patches made of an alloyed material with a dielectric constant of 2.2 on the upper surface of lower patches of a thin square plate made of electric conductors (PEC); to configure a space between the upper patches; to generate resonance; and to enable the widen area of the measurement band by configuring a conical cone patch in the inner upper patch.
