The present invention relates to an instrument to divide 120 degrees from 360 degrees to precisely add featherings to three trisections. An arrow shaft is inserted to the present invention and a mark is marked onto the grooves on the side using a frindle, and the featherings can be attached to the marks to obtain an arrow having three trisections which are exactly divided into three parts respectively having 120 degrees. |
