The present invention relates to a housing for a floodlight having a heat dissipation fin, to intensively irradiate light to a lighting target, and a ballast box in an integral structure. More specifically, a housing for a floodlight is configured to have a ballast box (40)/ for installing a ballast, and a heat radiating fin (30) to be integrally molded on the rear surface of the housing body (10). The present invention has the ballast box (40) integrally molded into the heat radiating fin (30) in an embedded type structure, thereby having a simpler appearance on the outside as compared with conventional floodlights, while being easier to install the ballast and preventing power supply lines from being exposed to the outside. The present invention is configured to provide excellent installation and stability by preventing electrical leakage and fire accidents caused by external environment such as rain, wind etc. |
