Provided is a complex insert device for concrete, capable of improving workability by including complex functions with a device and being coupled with an anchor to install various kinds of structures on concrete. The complex insert device for concrete comprising: a support body unit which is fixed to a board for placing the concrete and has a first screw thread along the inner surface of a hollow coupling hole penetrated inside; a lifting body unit including a coupling unit, which has an anchor coupling groove inside and a second screw thread coupled with the first screw thread by a screw on the outer surface in order to be selectively moved in the vertical direction by penetrating the hollow coupling hole, and a leveling support unit integrally formed along the upper edge of the coupling unit and protruding radially outward; and a spacer body unit arranged on the top of the support body unit and in which a coupling through hole is formed in order for the coupling unit to be penetrated. |
