A method for consecutively manufacturing line-type flexible printed circuit board using a punching guide is provided. A method for consecutively manufacturing line-type flexible printed circuit board according to the present invention includes (a) a step of supplying a first polymer film, metal wires and a second polymer film; (b) a step of punching the first polymer film or the second polymer film to form holes for mounting interface unit and electrical devices; (c) a step of attaching a reinforcement tape on the top surface of the second polymer film if the first polymer film is punched to form the interface unit and attaching the reinforcement tape on the bottom surface of the first polymer film if the second polymer film is punched; (d) a step of laminating the first polymer film, metal wires and second polymer film; (e) a step of forming punching guide holes at the edge of the laminated result; and (f) a step of mounting the punching guide holes-formed result on a punching mold which has a protrusion-shaped guide post corresponding to the punching guide holes and punching the final result. |
