The present invention relates to an apparatus for opening and closing a vehicle door, and more specifically, to an apparatus for opening and closing a vehicle door, comprising a latch moving between a striker open position where the interlocking of the striker installed in a vehicle is released and a striker fixed position where the striker interlocks; a latch shaft moving with the latch; a locking member moving between a latch release position where the latch moves to the striker open position by being released from the latch and a latch fix position where the latch placed at the striker fixed position by interlocking with the latch is fixed; an opening lever moving between a second position where the locking member moves to the latch fix position and a first position where the locking member moves to the latch release position; a gear rotating in one direction by a motor; and an opening and closing member capable of moving the latch to the striker fixed position when interlocking with the latch shaft, moving the opening lever to the first position when interlocking with the opening lever, and successively interlocking with the latch shaft and opening lever while rotating with the gear. |
