PURPOSE: A device to manufacture a lens of lamps for vehicles is provided to reduce workforce and labor costs by repeatedly molding the lens at three times up to eight with one melting process without a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A device to manufacture a lens of lamps for vehicles comprises a conveyer member (10), a 'U' type stainless steel pipe, and a blast furnace (30). The conveyer member is installed at the front end of the blast furnace, transfers the 'U' type stainless steel pipe, and inputs or draws the 'U' type stainless steel pipe into the blast furnace. A glass material is replaced in a predetermined gap and is transferred on a first, a second, a third rail (11,12,13). The blast furnace includes a path (31) of the 'U' type stainless steel pipe in the center and a plurality of heating elements (32) is installed to be downwards from an upper ceiling. |
