A system for the presentation of at least one advertisement message to viewers of at least one website, the system comprising: at least one processor; and at least one storage device in communication with the at least one processor, the at least one storage device including instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, enable the performance of a method comprising the steps of: ascertaining with the at least one processor a predetermined cost to an entity per impression of an advertising message;presenting, with the at least one processor, the advertising message for display on a website such that the advertising message is viewable via one or more viewer computers;detecting with the at least one processor a quantity of actions performed by users of the one or more viewer computers; andas the quantity of the detected actions increases, then with the at least one processor decreasing the cost per impression of the advertising message to the entity below the predetermined cost.
