The present invention relates to a manganese-doped zinc sulfide nanoparticle conjugate, a method for preparing the same, and a use of the same for multiphoton imaging. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ZnS nanoparticle conjugate including Mn-doped ZnS nanoparticles, an oleyl amine layer coupled to the nanoparticles, a phospholipid layer covering the oleyl amine layer, and functional biomolecules conjugated to the phospholipid layer; a method for preparing the same, and a use of the same for multiphoton imaging. |
