1. An organic electronic device comprising at least one silyl-substituted compound represented by formula (1) wherein
Ar is a 1-naphthyl group or a 9-anthryl group, each optionally substituted by one or more radicals R1 and/or one or more radicals N(Ar1)2, wherein one or two carbon atoms of said 1-naphthyl group or said 9-anthryl group is optionally replaced by N, and wherein the two radicals Ar1 are optionally connected to one another by a single bond or an O, S, N(R1), or C(R1)2 group;R is an aromatic or heteroaromatic ring system having 5 to 40 aromatic ring atom sand optionally substituted by one or more radicals R1 or an N(Ar1)2 group, where the two radicals Ar1 are optionally connected to one another by a single bond or an O, S, N(R1), or C(R1)2 group;Ar1 is, identically or differently on each occurrence, an aromatic or heteroaromatic ring system having 5 to 40 aromatic ring atoms and optionally substituted by one or more radicals R1;Y is, identically or differently on each occurrence, a divalent group containing up to 40 C atoms, —O—, —S—, —NR1—, —P(═O)R1—, or a single bond;R1 is, identically or differently on each occurrence, Si(R2)3; F; Cl; Br; I; CN; N(R3)2; NO2; a straight-chain alkyl, alkoxy or thioalkoxy group having 1 to 40 C atoms and optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3, wherein one or more non/-adjacent CH2 groups are optionally replaced by —R3C═CR3—, —C—C—, Si(R3)2, Ge(R3)2, Sn(R3)2, C═O, C═S, C═Se, C═NR3, —O—, —S—, —N(R3)—, or —CONR3— and wherein one or more H atoms are optionally replaced by F, Cl, Br, I, CN, or NO2; a branched or cyclic alkyl, alkoxy or thioalkoxy group having 3 to 40 C atoms and optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3, wherein one or more non-adjacent CH2 groups are optionally replaced by —R3C═CR3—, —C≡C—, Si(R3)2, Ge(R3)2, Sn(R3)2, C═O, C═S, C═Se, C═NR3, —O—, —S—, —N(R3)—, or —CONR3— and wherein one or more H atoms are optionally replaced by F, Cl, Br, I, CN, or NO2; an aryl or heteroaryl group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms and optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3; or an aryloxy or heteroaryloxy group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms and optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3; or a combination of two, three, four or five of these systems; and wherein two or more adjacent substituents R1 optionally define a mono- or polycyclic, aliphatic ring system with one another;R2 is, identically or differently on each occurrence, a straight-chain alkyl group having up to 40 C atoms and optionally substituted by an aryl or heteroaryl group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3 or an aryloxy or heteroaryloxy group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3; wherein one or more non-adjacent CH2 groups which are not bonded directly to silicon are optionally replaced by —R3C═CR3—, —C≡C—, Si(R3)2, Ge(R3)2, Sn(R3)2, C═O, C═S, C═Se, C═NR3, —O—, —S—, —N(R3)—, or —CONR3—, and wherein one or more H atoms is optionally replaced by F, Cl, Br, I, CN, or NO2; a branched or cyclic alkyl group having 3 to 40 C atoms optionally substituted by an aryl or heteroaryl group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3 or an aryloxy or heteroaryloxy group having 5 to 24 aromatic ring atoms optionally substituted by one or more radicals R3, wherein one or more non-adjacent CH2 groups which are not bonded directly to silicon are optionally replaced by —R3C═CR3—, —C≡C—, Si(R3)2Ge(R3)2, (R3)2, C═O, C═S, C═Se, C═NR3, —O—, —S—, —N(R3)—, or —CONR3—, and wherein one or more H atoms is optionally replaced by F, Cl, Br, I, CN, or NO2; and wherein two or more substituents R2 optionally define a mono- or polycyclic ring system with one another;R3 is, identically or differently on each occurrence, H or a hydrocarbon radical having up to 20 C atoms, which may be aliphatic or aromatic or a combination of aliphatic and aromatic and is optionally substituted by F; and wherein two or more radicals R3 optionally define a mono- or polycyclic, aliphatic or aromatic ring system with one another;n is, identically or differently on each occurrence, 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4; andm is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5; with the proviso that at least one radical R1 which is an Si(R2)3 group is present and is bonded to the central anthracene unit in the 2-position and/or in the 6-position, and/or, when Ar is 1-naphthyl, is bonded to the 1-naphthyl group in the 4-position and, when Ar is 9-anthyl, is bonded to the 9-anthryl group in the 10-position, and/or is bonded to the R group. |
