The present invention relates to a hi-pass device having charging and black box functions and a mobile hi-pass system using the same, more particularly, to a hi-pass terminal device which installs multiple cameras which generate image signals by photographing inside or outside of a car; forms a black box unit which stores camera image information received from the cameras inside thereof; forms a curved unit in the front thereof. A groove unit is formed to outwardly fit a display unit of mobile terminal to the curved unit. A charging terminal is formed to protrude to charge the mobile terminal in the bottom surface of the groove unit. The inside and outside of the car are photographed by forming the cameras and black box unit to the hi-pass terminal. A black box function to store the photographed camera image information is provided. The mobile terminal can be mounted and charged by forming the groove unit in the front and installing the charging terminal in the groove unit. Engagement and separation of the mobile phone is easily done by engaging the both sides and top surface of the mobile terminal outwardly protruding by forming the curved unit in the front. |
