The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a hat-umbrella, which significantly simplifies a process of manufacturing the hat-umbrella, enhances productivity by a convenient operation, and improves a product quality with low manufacturing cost. A method of manufacturing a hat-umbrella according to the present invention, wherein the hat-umbrella includes a a cap (10) which is provided for taking shelter from the rain on head, accommodates a whole wearer′s head, and forms an opening (11) at a front surface thereof to keep wearer′eyes forward, a body (20) having a size suitable for taking shelter from the rain on a wear′s body, and a ring-type elastic member (23) disposed on an edge portion of the body 20, maintaining a circular shape by elasticity when it is unfolded, and reduced in volume by a plurality of small rings when it is twistedly folded, the method comprising: a step of overlapping vinyl to be a bifold vinyl; a step of forming connection parts (10b)(20b)(10c)(20c) by heating on an inner adjacent part of an external outline (2) except a lower part of a body basic (20a) and a face opening (11) of the cap (10) so as to simultaneously form the cap basic (10a) and the body basic (20a) on the bifold vinyl (1); a step of cutting external outlines by a press to simultaneously form the cap basic (10a) and the body basic (20a) from the bifold vinyl (1); and a step of attaching a brim (12) to the cap basic (10a) using heat. |
