The present invention relates to an emergency escape guided handrail for a building which guides a person to escape in safety using stairs in a case that the person cannot use an elevator installed in the building due to fire or earthquake. The emergency escape guided handrail includes: a reflection film (34) mounted on an inclined film adhesive face (32) formed on a conical reflection cap (30) mounted at the lower end of a baluster (20); a disc type printed circuit board (50) accommodated in a space formed between the baluster (20) and a housing (40); a high luminance light emitting diode (54) which is located downwards toward the reflection film (34) and is mounted on the printed circuit board (50); lead cables (64, 66) which are connected to power supply wires (60, 62) mounted inside a balustrade cap (22) to supply electric power to the high luminance light emitting diode (54) mounted on the printed circuit board (50) through a lead wire hole (24) formed in the balustrade cap (22); a housing mounted at a part where the balustrade cap (22) and the baluster (20) meet together; and a housing cover (70) which is mounted at the lower end part of the housing (40) and has a light transmission hole (72) for transmitting light radiated from the high luminance light emitting diode 54, wherein a pipe type baluster connection part (44) is mounted at the center of the housing (40) by a radial type reinforcing rib (42), and a substrate fixing pipe (52) which is fit to the outside of the baluster (20) is formed at the center of the printed circuit board (50). |
