The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrolytic bath for manufacturing acid water which can electrolyze not only piped water but also pure water or ultrapure water by ensuring sufficient conductivity without using a separate catalyst or an ion exchange resin even in the pure water or ultrapure water, and can obtain stable hydrogen water by conducting electrolysis after stripping and removing gas included in raw water such as O_2 and N_2 in advance, thus minimizing reaction between hydrogen ions of the hydrogen water, which is reduced acid water obtained after the electrolysis, and the gas, and improving the reduction voltage and dissolvability time of the hydrogen water; and a method for using the reduced acid water. Particularly, the present invention can obtain the reduced acid water, which has the properties of acidity and reducing power, at the side of a cathode and oxidized acid water, which has the properties of acidity and oxidizing power, at the side of an anode without using a catalyst whereas existing electrolytic baths can obtain the properties of acidity and oxidizing power at the side of a positive electrode and the properties of alkalinity and reducing power at the side of a negative electrode by electrolyzing using a catalyst. |
