The present invention relates to a sewer pipe and an apparatus for forming the same, having enhanced connection force with a reinforcing connection member by forming a concavo-convex shape on both sides of an extruded profile when a reinforcing connection member is supplied between the profile and connected as one body, wherein an apparatus for forming side surfaces of the profile is installed at a front of the profile to continuously form gear-shaped convex protrusions and gear-shaped concave grooves on both sides of the profile in the process of extruding a profile with a hollow hole therein or a profile with a plurality of hollow holes having a cross-shaped support member, so that the strength of the sewer may be reinforced. An apparatus for forming a sewer pipe, according to the present invention, operates in such a way that polyethylene is extruded in an extruding machine (40) to form hollow holes (15) in four directions of a cross-shaped reinforcing member (14) and a profile (10) forming an upper surface (11), an inner diameter surface (12) and both side surfaces (13) is supplied in a spiral-shaped manner and a connection member is supplied between the side surfaces (13) of the profile (10), thus connecting the profile (10) and the connection member through fusion. The apparatus for forming a sewer pipe is characterized by including a side surface forming unit which includes: side surface forming members (31, 32) continuously forming gear-shaped protrusions and gear-shaped grooves while contacting both side surfaces (13) at a front of the profile (10) extruded by the extruding machine (40); an idle gear (33) and a motor gear (34) rotatably installed on a fixed plate (36) between the side surface forming members (31, 32); and a motor (35) coupled to the motor gear (34). |
