The present invention relates to a tension reliving device of an aerial power transmission line tower, which primarily buffs a jumper line (J) through a support spring (330) of a first buff mechanism (300) when the jumper line (J) moves downward, and reinforces and buffs through a plate spring (410) of a second buff mechanism (400) when the primary buffering is not enough. Therefore, external force is exerted to the jumper line (J) for connecting an aerial power transmission line, thereby enabling to buff the jumper line if the tension is applied to the jumper line (J) or the aerial power transmission line. |
