A simulation apparatus, and program, for screw extruder volatilization, being capable of practical simulation of the volatilization process of screw extruder. There is provided an extruder simulation system capable of simulation of volatilization condition through computing of intra-extruder resin temperature, pressure, stay time, filling ratio, torque, power, solid-phase occupancy and volatile contents concentration as a distribution in the direction of extruder axle from extruder apparatus structure, operating conditions and resin properties, which extruder simulation system includes means for arithmetical operation for the process of gradual decline of volatile contents concentration of the resin by volatilization by vent cylinder. |
