An iris apparatus is provided to cope with the change in the intensity of radiation quickly by improving the control characteristics about the opened/closed frequency of an iris without being influenced by the magnetic hysteresis of a magnetic material. A transmission hole(113) of a predetermined size is formed at the center of a plate(11). A motor is equipped in one side of the plate. The first iris wing(13) and the second iris wing(14) horizontally slide by the motor. The first connection shaft and the second connection shaft are rotatably connected to the motor. When the motor rotates in one direction, the first and second iris wings respectively slide in directions opposite to each other and at the same time, the transmission hole is opened or closed. |
