The present invention relates to a semiconductor structure and a process for fabricating the same. A process for fabricating a semiconductor structure according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a step of providing a semiconductor substrate; a step of providing a solar charger; a step of providing a micro-battery cell formed on the semiconductor substrate; and a step of combining the solar charger with the micro-battery cell.
