Disclosed is a brewing method. According to the present invention, the brewing method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing fruit or grains (S10); (b) putting the fruit and the grains in a brewing container (S20); (c) putting and mixing yeast in the brewing container (S30); (d) putting and mixing nanocalcium or nanomagensium in the brewing container (S40); and (e) agitating materials while supplying air bubbles to the brewing container. |
