The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus which can reliably fix a jumper cable used to connect an overhead transmission line in the horizontal direction. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing apparatus includes: an insulator; an insulator body; a fixing pole; a fixing tool, a fixing tool body, a first jumper cable fixture body; a first auxiliary shock absorption device, a second jumper cable fixture body; a second auxiliary shock absorption device; a main shock absorption device; a first piezoelectric element; a second piezoelectric element; a control unit, and a transmitter. The fixing apparatus can reliably fix the jumper cable swayed by wind in the horizontal direction, and enables a manager to quickly check the failure of the fixing apparatus. |
