The present invention is a drum apparatus to prevent a derailment of an aerial transmission line, comprising: an arm for a transmission tower (400); a drum (100); a first support (200); and a second support (300). According to the present invention, a first buffer for a movement of a connection wire (J) is provided by a height difference of the drum (100), the first support (200), and the second support (300). A second buffer is provided by the drum (100). When, the connection wire (J) takes an external force, a total external force to the connection wire (J) can be effectively buffered by buffering the external force. Thus, the derailment of the connection wire (J) from the aerial power line can be prevented. |
