The present invention relates to a bag releasing device for an automatic rotary packaging machine which improves the workability when a complete product is discharged. The bag releasing device is mounted to an automatic rotary packaging machine, and includes a gripper to grip and release the bag by a gripper operating device having a releaser; and a slider to discharge the complete products, of which the bag is filled with contents, in line and sending the complete products to a next process. The bag releasing device includes: a gripper operating device having a releaser rotated by a rod and a first hinge to be brought into contact with a contact portion of the gripper, and an operation panel provided on the other side of the releaser around the first hinge; a movable link unit having a first bracket provided on the rear surface of the slider, a second bracket engaged to a rod housing to protect the rod, and a movable link engaged to the first and second brackets; and an operation link rotatably connected to the operation panel of the gripper operating device and the movable link of the movable link unit. Since the slider is simultaneously movable in the forming direction of the gripper when the gripper operating device operates, the slider is operated in connection with the gripper operating device when the finished product is discharged by the gripper after the finished product is produced by the automatic rotary packaging machine, thereby preventing the finished product from being adhered to the gripper. Also, since the finished products are moved in an aligned state, it is possible to reduce a work delay and the alignment process of the finished product at a post process. The bag releasing device can be applied to various sizes of finished products by the expansion slider formed on the slider. |
