The present invention relates to a cutter for cutting a curved surface of a thin film in which a cutting portion and an abutting portion are not spaced apart from each other even if the cutting portion or the abutting portion is worn out by repeated cutting work, in which the position of the cutting portion to the abutting portion is measured, and the measured value is maintained within a constant range, thereby carrying out the cutting operation of uniform quality, and in which as the abutting portion and the cutting portion are worn out, the contact force is further increased. The cutter includes a base plate formed with a penetrating opening at one side; a lower die engaged to the opening of the base plate in one direction, on which a material to be cut is seated; and an upper die. The upper die has a cutting unit which is movable up to be inserted into the opening from the upper portion of the base plate in the opposite direction, and a pusher engaged to one side of the cutting unit to lift the cutting unit. The lower die is provided with an abutting portion of a curved surface or an oblique line shape, when seen from a plan view, formed on the surface opposite to the other side of the opening. The upper die is provided with a cutting portion to have a shape corresponding to the abutting portion of the lower die. When the upper die is moved down, the cutting portion comes into close contact with the abutting portion, and then is slid to carry out the cutting operation. |
