The present invention relates to a system and a method to support a refund of a value added tax to a foreigner and, more specifically, to a system and a method to support a refund of a value added tax to a foreigner. The system includes: a user terminal which performs data communications, executes applications, and allows the usage of a mobile card; a value added tax (VAT) refund support management server which performs functions associated with the issuance and payment processing of mobile cards, manages and controls a VAT refund application, requests a refund of VAT to a National Tax Server′s server, transmits to the user terminal a VAT refund history received from the National Tax Server′s server, and processes the refund of VAT; and a workplace terminal which processes the payment of the mobile card, and transmits a payment history to the VAT refund support management server and the National Tax Server′s server. |
