The present invention relates to a drive module for a wheel which has a low power brake device whose power is consumed only in the process of brake conversion based on a latch mechanism. The drive module for the wheel can achieve low power consumption by rapidly stopping driving of the wheel, and consuming energy only in the process of brake conversion.
