The present invention relates to a yaw bearing device of a wind power generator, including a yaw bearing sandwiched between a nacelle and a tower of a wind power generator; an assembly jig prepared on the bottom of the yaw bearing to support the yaw bearing; and an auxiliary plate prepared between the yaw bearing and the assembly jig to be coupled with the yaw bearing and the assembly jig by bolts. According to the present invention, an unstable fixation of the yaw bearing, due to an unevenness of the assembly jig, generated during a welding process, can be eased up. Therefore, the present invention is capable of enhancing the performance of the wind power generator by stably fixating the yaw bearing of the wind power generator to the assembly jig.
