The invention relates to molecular dissociation of oil to produce processed oil that will have excellent potential uses in, among others, agricultural use as fungicide and herbicide, household use as termite control and wood protection and personal care use as anti-ageing body and facial cream, prevention of falling hair and anti-bacterial application. The system for molecular dissociation of oil generally consists of a seires of molecular apparatus, each apparatus comprising a closed shell, a filtering sleeve accommodated within the closed shell, and a pair of electrically-chargeable perforated tubes, likewise, being accommodated within the closed shell. The molecular dissociaton system furhter includes a circulating means and a condensing means. The process of molecular dissociation of oil comprises the steps of electrically heating a volume of raw food grade oil in the confining closed shell while circulating it through the series of molecular dissociation apparatus for a predetermined period of time, and cooling down the heated oil with the condensing means. The resulting cooled down oil had a number of special characteristics or properties to include, among others, broken oil film, reduced oil film' s thickness, lower flash point, lower oil viscosity and exposed lauric acid. |
