<p>A precast method of constructing building units comprising the steps of pouring a strip foundation monolithically with the ground floor slab, erecting full-height, pre-painted precase load-bearing wall panels with embedded dowels along the perimeter of the house; straightening the dowels and concreting the suspended slab using conventional methods; placign a precast concrete roof over the structure and installing all utilities and finishes with the use of pre-embedded and blocked out portions of the precast panels.</p> |
