The present invention relates to a wrinkle-reducing pack using beta-glucan and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a wrinkle-reducing pack using beta-glucan according to the present invention includes: a first step of manufacturing the aqueous solution of 0.1 to 50 wt% of beta-glucan by adding, to distilled water, the mixture of beta-glucan in powder shape, which is extracted from Schizophyllum commune, with essence and teprenone, and dissolving the mixture at temperatures of 30 to 100 degrees for 30 to 200 minutes; a second step of adding and casting the manufactured aqueous solution of beta-glucan onto top of a petri dish or a flat plate; a third step of forming a support in the shape of gel or solid by mixing an essence material when crosslinking reaction is induced by irradiating the cast aqueous solution of beta-glucan with gamma rays; and a fourth step of slicing the gel or the support into constant size. The present invention is attached to a specific body part to prevent the skin from aging and remove adult winkles as the wrinkle-reducing pack according to the present invention has excellent contractibility and elasticity. |
