The present invention relates to a one-pot method using diazo dicarbonyls and amine for synthesizingβ-enaminoamides derivatives and to a synthesizing method for converting uracil derivatives by the synthesizedβ-enaminoamides derivatives additionally reacting to triphosgen under K_2CO_3 and, more specifically, to a method for synthesizingβ-enaminoamides derivatives with high reaction yield by using toluene as solvent of each reaction and a method for synthesizing uracil derivatives through thermodynamic rearrangement from initialβ-enaminoamides derivatives.
