The present invention relates to a soundproofing board forming a soundproof wall and, more specifically, to a roly-poly type rotational soundproofing board which is excellent in an economic aspect by finally reducing the cross sectional areas of posts as resistance to a wind load applied to the soundproof wall is reduced by installing the soundproofing board to move sideways on an axis like a roly poly when the wind load is applied. The present invention enables the soundproofing wall to be open and closed sideways when the wind load is applied on the axis by installing a spring device on a portion where the soundproofing board is in contact with a half frame and is characterized by causing no impulse sound when the soundproofing board is closed. |
