Disclosed is an air blowing apparatus of an air conditioner for a vehicle, wherein the air blowing apparatus is capable of: efficiently preventing the backflow of outdoor air indoors even if a vehicle speed increases; preventing a minute leak due to the inflow pressure of the outdoor air; increasing the volume of indoor air by securing a side hole; and having a structure advantageous for controlling the inflow amount of the outdoor air. The air blowing apparatus of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises: an indoor air inlet for the inflow of the indoor air; an outdoor air inlet for the inflow of the outdoor air; and an indoor and outdoor switching door selectively opening and closing the indoor air inlet and the outdoor air inlet, is coupled to communicate with one side of an air conditioning case, blows air into the air conditioning case, and has an auxiliary door controlling the volume of the outdoor air, which flows into the outdoor air inlet, by partitively opening and closing the part of a flow path in the outdoor air inlet, wherein the auxiliary door is separately controlled against the indoor and outdoor switching door. Therefore, according to the present invention, the part of the outdoor air flowing into the outdoor air inlet can be prevented from flowing backward to the indoor air inlet even if the vehicle speed increases, the inflow area of the indoor air can be extended to smoothly secure the volume of the indoor air, the minute leak due to the inflow pressure of the outdoor air can be prevented, and the inflow amount of the outdoor air can be advantageously controlled.
